This Operational Plan sets out a series of specific strategies and targets for the University to commence realising the objectives of its Strategic Plan in 2013-2023, articulating some of the mechanisms we intend to use to achieve them.
The targets presented in this plan represent the areas requiring our focus over the current year and over the coming three-year span, together with the University officers accountable for performance against the target.
