Dr Charlie Hargroves – Senior Lecturer, Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre (ECIC), University of Adelaide

Charlie has published numerous books, journal papers and industry reports, and has designed, and delivers, the University's first dedicated course on applied Blockchain. Charlie pioneered the application of Blockchain to transport and urban systems with the Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre (SBEnrc) and is an expert advisor to the United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD). Chris Were, CEO Verida

Chris is co-founder and CEO at Verida, and has led the technical research and development of the Verida protocol; a decentralised, self-sovereign data network. Chris believes that empowering individuals to control their digital identity and personal data will create a more equitable world, while also unlocking significant opportunities to innovate in user centric business models. Find out more about Chris

Yawn Rong Co-Founder, StepN

Yawn is a serial entrepreneur based in Australia, and has built several successful businesses in both retailing and wholesaling industries. Yawn got into the world of web3 in 2017 and formed his crypto fund, OTC desk and incubator and has run the business until 2021 before he merged the company to form the FindSatoshi Lab that created the STEPN and a range of Web3 infrastructures and games.
