Our guest speaker, Rob Chapman, is Executive Chairman of Chapman Capital Partners and former Chief Executive Officer of St George Banking Group and Managing Director of BankSA.
He currently serves as a Director/Chairman for several prominent South Australian and National Boards, including Coopers Brewery Limited, Export Finance Australia and Adelaide Airport Limited.
Drawing on this experience, Rob will unpack the real-world dynamics between boards and leadership and share practical strategies for managing the board-leadership dynamic to build trusted partnerships and alignment amidst conflicting interests.
