AMEB SA & NT Shop

The AMEB SA & NT office sells AMEB and Rockschool publications, available for purchase in-person or over the phone. Most items are regularly stocked, but others can be ordered in. 

Please note, stock is not available online through the AMEB SA & NT office, but is available online through AMEB Ltd.

Books can be purchased over the phone and held for collection or shipped (shipping charges apply - staff will provide a shipping quote).

Returns and exchanges policy

Faulty or defective items

If a product is faulty or not as described:

  • We ask that returns be made within 30 days of purchase where possible, along with a valid receipt.
  • Books and CDs can be exchanged for the same title, or a full refund will be provided.

 

Change of mind / incorrect purchase

If the customer purchased the wrong item or changed their mind:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition (including packaging, if applicable).
  • A full refund or exchange will be offered. If exchanging, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

 

Clearance and discounted items

  • Clearance or discounted items are final sale.
  • No refund or exchange for change of mind or disclosed faults (sold 'as is').
