We promote our products and services to the wider biomedical research community, both nationally and internationally.
- All animal facility transfers, and animal order deliveries are completed on Wednesdays, with exceptions granted only under extenuating circumstances.
- Internal orders: Minimum 3 business days' notice
- Monday deliveries: Orders must be placed prior to 4:00 PM on Tuesday.
- Note: Monday deliveries are reserved only for projects requiring mice to be weaned that day which cannot be transported earlier.
- Wednesday deliveries: Orders must be placed prior to 4:00 PM on Thursday.
- Ozgene orders: Minimum one week's notice
- Orders must be placed prior to 4:00 PM Wednesday for delivery the following Wednesday.

- Technical Assistance Requests - Minimum two business days' notice required
- Facility Animal Transport Request - Minimum two business days' notice required. A Wednesday facility transport request must be submitted by 9am Monday.
- Non-Approved Supplier Transport Request Form - transport time is varied and dependent on health status of the sending and receiving facilities.
