Meet the Team

Leadership team

The leadership team are responsible for over-seeing the running of all of Ask Adelaide's service channels such as our face-to-face service floor, our phone call centre, live chat, and email enquiry management. You may see us directing our teams on the service floor, or assisting you directly through one of our service channels.


Service team

You will see us on the service floor, assisting you at Ask Adelaide, talking with you on the phone or over live chat, or responding to your email. The service team specialises in helping you through all your University questions. Be it exams, enrolment, graduations, technology or anything else you can think of. If we don't have the answer, we know exactly who does! We will refer you to the experts in our faculties, schools or other departments so you know you're speaking to the right person.


Support team

You will see us on the service floor, assisting you at Ask Adelaide, talking with you on the phone or over live chat, or responding to your email. The support team assist the service team in supporting students at Ask Adelaide.
