Current students are now able to purchase printed Official Academic Transcripts and/or digital Official Academic Transcripts.
Graduating students from July 2017 Conferrals will be issued a complimentary digital transcript shortly after conferral.
Students who intend to graduate as part of the next available ceremonies need to ensure there is a completion row on their official academic transcript before ordering.
After receiving your current semester results, if your transcript still shows your program is 'In Progress' do not place an order in the online shop until it has been updated with the completion row. Please contact the Ask Adelaide staff if you are unsure.
You will also need to check in Access Adelaide that your transcript reflects your updated GPA and any newly released results.

If you select the express processing option your transcript will be available same day when the order is placed on a business day between 9:00am - 4:00pm.
If placed outside these hours your order will be processed with priority on the following business day.
Please note that SACAE or pre-1985 records cannot be guaranteed same day collection or mailing due to the need to obtain archival records. It is your responsibility to check your records, ensure you have no outstanding debts with the University and to provide all necessary information or your order processing may be significantly delayed.
For a printed Academic Transcript production:

For a digital Academic Transcript production:
- One Official Transcript (digital copy): $20 AUD each
For a printed AND digital Academic Transcript package:

- Forms from external agencies: your order requires a form from an external agency (e.g. WES, LSAC, another university etc.) to be completed. $15 AUD each
- Stamp, sign and seal envelope: your order requires to be placed in a sealed envelope (signed and stamped on the back flap). $10 AUD each

Transactions can take up to 3-5 business days for students enrolled at the University of Adelaide after 1985. If you commenced your studies prior to 1985 your transaction can take up to 5-7 working days to process.

Digital transcripts are available for viewing once the secure data transfer has taken place and can take up to 3 days to be issued. Please visit the University’s Official Digital Documents for further information regarding the issue of your digital documents. There is no option for express delivery on digital documents.

You will be notified via email when your transcript is ready for collection or has been posted. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt and your photo ID in order to have your Academic Transcripts released.
If you would like to nominate a third party to collect your Academic Transcript for you, please provide their details in the "Delivery Details" box and provide the full-name of the person you wish to nominate. Your proxy will need to produce a copy of your receipt, and their photo ID in order to have your Academic Transcripts released.
Completion is an automatic system process that will be added to your academic transcript once it has been verified by your Faculty that your completed courses meet the academic program rules of your degree. Refer to the important deadlines page on the graduations website.
Conferral means that you have completed all requirements for your award and are eligible to become a legal graduate of the University. Once you have been conferred into your award you are a legal graduate of the University and can use any titles associated with your award.
