Leadership and the Art of Influence
It's often said that influence is essential to leadership - but what is influence?
In this session Gary Edwards will demonstrate what influence is, how it works, why we are influenced, and how we can use that for our own benefit - whether we are in a formal leadership role or just trying to "lead" someone to where we'd like them to go. The ability to ethically influence others is essential to a successful career and is becoming more important in an age of disruption and diversity.
