In reality, negotiation is a process that incorporates a number of specific skills which can be improved with practice.

In this workshop we will look at a flexible model of negotiation that can be applied to a range of different situations, from the short and quick “corridor” negotiation to more formal business negotiations

Speaker Gary Edwards
Gary Edwards is a communication coach and an expert on the art of influence. Gary draws on his unique background as a lawyer, business consultant, hostage negotiation researcher, speaker and professional magician to give his clients a behind-the-scene look at how influence works, and the tools they can apply in their own lives to be effective and achieve their goals. His clients include ReturnToWorkSA, Dept of Treasury and Finance, SAWater, Raine & Horne Real Estate and BHPBilliton.
