People Skills for Rewarding Relationships
Do you need to get your point across? To influence others to get them on board? To understand what others really mean when they’re speaking?
In this program you will learn advanced people skills that will help you build constructive, rewarding relationships and avoid misunderstandings. You will learn to listen skilfully so you engage better with others, to interpret and use body language for collaboration, and to question others to promote understanding. You will learn how the communication cycle works, what to do when there’s a problem, and how to make a point without stabbing somebody else with it!
