The University of Adelaide's new UniBar has a distinctly South Australian flavour and will boast a calendar of live music under the direction of respected local festival, music event and bar operators General Admission Entertainment.

The revitalised UniBar opened on Monday 25 March 2019, welcoming staff, students and the broader community alike onto campus.

Under the new operators, the UniBar's drinks offering is committed to maintaining 75% South Australian product, with the remaining 25% showcasing Australian craft beverages. The food is a combination of set, month-by-month and seasonal pub dishes, augmented by new offerings from local chefs, pop-ups and "food truck"-style culture.

Hawkers Corner is located on Level 4 of Hub Central.

Try out some of the delicious noodle and rice plates or many different soups, you're sure to find something on the menu to your liking.

Taste Baguette is located on Level 4 of Hub Central. With fresh bread, and signature baguettes, it really doesn't get any better than that.

Grind & Press is located on Level 4 of Hub Central. Offering fresh salads, soups, gourmet pies, spinach and risotto cakes, quiches, baguettes, pizzas, wraps and tuna patties.

There's also a large breakfast menu consisting of yoghurt, muesli, fruit salad, porridge and breakfast croissants.

Unique coffee, produced ethically, traded transparently. House made sandwiches using locally sourced ingredients. Authentic Indonesian cuisine in the hot cabinet.
