|Lifeline||131 114||A 24 hour phone counselling support line. They provide a confidential service and you can remain anonymous. They also offer an online crisis chat option, for those who prefer this option.|
|Suicide Call Back service||1300 659 467||This service will call you and arrange a time to check in around your safety. They can then provide short term support and they will work with you till you are feeling safe again.|

|Emergency Departments at any of the major hospitals||Local Hospital Emergency Departments||You can go to your nearest emergency department at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) , Flinders Medical Centre, Lyell McEwin, Noarlunga Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. An Emergency Department will assess your mental health and wellbeing and recommend treatment.|
