Five days of online activities and club collaborations will help students prepare for SWOTVAC and exams.

The week of activities, organised by the Adelaide University Union (AUU) and the Student Representative Council (SRC), include traditional yoga with the Yoga and Meditation Club, managing stress during these difficult times by the SRC’s Welfare Officer, an origami workshop, plus an online comedy gala Laugh and Lunch.

With students unable to be on campus due to continuing pandemic restrictions, the AUU and SRC will be reaching out to students with five huge days’ of online activities and dozens of club and community collaborations, all designed to get them refreshed and revitalised, and ready for SWOTVAC and exams.

Stress Less week starts on Monday 1 June. From 9 am to 5 pm each day there will be a variety of workshops and activities that students will be able to register and tune in for. Further details.
