Your Health
As members of the University community, the most important thing we can do is look after our wellbeing. Staying active and healthy means we will be able to sustain ourselves, and support our friends, families and colleagues through this difficult time.
For students who need support, Ask Adelaide can connect you with the most appropriate support service.
The Wellbeing Hub also offers helpful resources for tackling life, and access to the University's Counselling Support.
For staff, the COVID-19 health and wellbeing website will provide you with a toolkit of tips, activities and resources to maintain your wellbeing during this time. The tips relate to healthy minds, healthy bodies, healthy families and healthy finances.
Remember, if you, or any member of your immediate family are not coping during this time, please access our Employee Assistance Program which will provide you with free professional support and advice.
If you are unwell, please do not attend any of the University's campuses. If you are experiencing symptoms including fever, breathing difficulties, cough, sore throat and fatigue, you can:
- use the Department of Health's healthdirect online symptom checker
- call the National Coronavirus Helpline (open 24/7) on 1800 020 080
- call 000 if it is a medical emergency
- visit one of SA Health's fever clinics if you meet the testing criteria
