Degree Structure

The Professional Certificate in Defence Contracting Law offers students a postgraduate coursework qualification in the specialised field of defence contracting law applicable to military operations. Core courses in the program incorporate blended learning and face-to-face intensive seminar classes. The program includes a compulsory research dissertation exploring an area of defence contracting law.
 
The Professional Certificate in Defence Contracting Law is not an AQF qualification type. It has a standard duration of 0.5 years part-time.
 
This program is available to domestic applicants only.

Academic Program Rules

The Calendar is a comprehensive handbook of the University's academic program rules.

To qualify for the Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 6 units, comprising:

  •    Core courses to the value of 3 units
  •    Applied Research Project to the value of 3 units
