    NotesMy major research interest is to develop novel vaccine strategies for hepatitis C virus (HCV) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). We have developed a novel DNA vaccine which is more effective than conventional DNA vaccines that we intend to introduce into the clinic to examine if the vaccine can eliminate the virus in HCV infected individuals or protect against infection.
