About me

Jake is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with over a decade of experience in HR operations, people analytics and reporting. Jake specialises in capability uplift and system modernisation, translating strategy into consistent frontline practice through evidence led programs. As a part of the Workforce Planning and Partnering team, Jake supports Adelaide University’s long-term vision by delivering strategic workforce planning and expert partnering. The function ensures the right people, capabilities and structures are in place to meet future needs.

Jake has built a diverse career across sport, law enforcement and defence, working in roles that span both national and international settings. His background includes supporting high‑performance sporting environments, contributing to community safety and operational work in law enforcement, and helping strengthen capability, readiness and teamwork within defence contexts. Across all three sectors, he brings practical experience, adaptability and a strong commitment to serving people, improving systems and delivering reliable results.
