  • Biography/ Background

     

    Olga is responsible for postgraduate and undergraduate programs in International Business and International Management at the Adelaide Business School. She teaches MBA and MIM courses. Her areas of expertise integrate Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. Olga's past research looked at internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurship education and training, management of cultural diversity, and psychological dimensions of international entrepreneurship. Her current interest is application of mindfulness in the workplace and design and delivery of mindfulness-based transformative learning programs. Before commencing her academic career Olga worked in the industry. She maintains links with the business community acting as a consultant to small and medium sized enterprises in Europe and Australia as well as the Enterprise Development Section of the International Labour Organisation. Her professional expertise is complemented with experience of working and living in France, Italy, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China mainland, Russia and Armenia.
