Campus Access
If your disability or medical condition impacts on your ability to move around campus, the campus maps may assist you in planning how to get to your classrooms, teaching areas and other areas you may need throughout the day.
It includes the location of lifts, ramps, accessible paths, accessible toilets and accessible parking spaces.
If your mobility is significantly affected by your disability or medical condition, we recommend that you register with Disability Support as soon as possible. Your Disability Advisor will be able to discuss any access issues with you, and work out suitable solutions.
The University of Adelaide has some beautiful heritage buildings, but not all teaching spaces are accessible.
It is really important that you finalise your enrolment at least 4 weeks prior to each teaching period commencing and notify your Disability Advisor as soon as you have done so. This will provide us with sufficient time to check the accessibility of your classrooms.
