Drone Short Courses and Training
The University of Adelaide offers short courses and training opportunities for people and organisations who use drones - also known as unmanned aircraft or Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS).
We offer short courses for all levels of drone use, as well as bespoke programs for industry.
You’ll learn from experts at the Unmanned Research Aircraft Facility, Australia’s leading University-based drone operator training and education provider.
Why train with us?
- Learn with state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment.
- All trainers are CASA-certified remote pilots.
- All trainers are also scientists, aviators, engineers and professionals who are highly experienced in the use of multirotor and fixed wing drones for environmental, agricultural and commercial applications, both within Australia and internationally.
- Theory and practical training is held at University of Adelaide campuses
For groups of 8+ participants we can accommodate an industry-specific training session tailored to your needs. We can also discuss the delivery of the course at your workplace.
