Independent Sensory Testing

Image on right FOODplus has expertise in the sensory analysis of foods and beverages. Trained or untrained panels can be used to undertake a range of different analyses depending on the nature of the questions being asked. Statistically robust trials can be designed for difference testing, preference testing or descriptive analysis. Panelists can be selected as representative of the general Australian population, or from specific subcategories - eg young people, older people, families etc.
