School of Economics Development Plan
The School of Economics Development Fund was established to support South Australia's transformation from a traditional manufacturing centre to a new economy based on emerging technologies and imaginative market solutions.
Giving to the Endowment will ensure the School competes favourably with the best 100 universities globally and meets the core needs of students and researchers.

Student and teaching support fund
The Student and Teaching Support Fund aims to attract, enable and support students at undergraduate, honours and masters levels to achieve best outcomes in results and employability.

Research support fund
The School frequently loses exceptional PhD candidates because there is no funding guarantee and the the funding process is unpredictable. This fund will allow the development of a PhD program to train the next generation of Australian researchers, attracting the best to the University of Adelaide.

Evolution fund
The School of Economics needs to be at the forefront of policy analysis and the provision of policy advice to state and federal governments. To achieve this critical impact, funding is required to appoint an internationally renowned economist to become the director and leader of an economic policy research centre.
