Global Partnerships

The University of Adelaide is committed to building a global integrated and culturally diverse community, attractive to staff and students alike, and connected to the world by people and partnerships.

Education partnerships

We work to build strong and lasting partnerships with institutions across the world who share the same drive to develop students as global citizens and to create a globalised world.

Our work includes developing Credit Transfer Agreements with respected institutions across the globe to attract a diverse student body to the University of Adelaide and to provide students with the support they need to transfer and succeed in their studies.

We work with international governments, funding agencies and industry to develop strategic sponsor partnerships to attract the brightest minds across the globe.  We work with sponsor partners to deliver a seamless end-to-end process for sponsored students and to provide opportunities for students from a wide range of countries to study at the University of Adelaide.

Transnational Education Partnerships (TNE)

We work with overseas institutions and organisations to support the delivery of award programs to students/learners outside of Australia and across the globe. Our team works in partnership with our Transnational Education Partners and staff across the University, to lead the design, set-up and ongoing delivery of high-quality courses that incorporate the University of Adelaide’s unique study experience.

Offshore training programs

In a fast-changing world where new industries emerge and the future of work is constantly changing, we work with international corporations, government, funding agencies and education institutes to provide focused, high-quality short courses, micro-credentials and customised learning programs for a range of personal and professional lifelong educational needs.

Find out more about the areas of expertise and short courses available through Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) at the University of Adelaide via the PACE website.

Australia Awards

The Australia Awards Scholarships program provides opportunities for candidates from a range of countries to undertake postgraduate study in Australia. The program strengthens the human resource capacity of countries in priority areas by providing scholarships to individuals to drive change in their home countries.
