Good Governance is critical to strong decision making and can create enjoyable and productive meetings.  Yes, we said enjoyable and productive.

Governance in higher education is the means by which institutions for higher education (e.g. tertiary) are formally organised and managed (though often there is a distinction between definitions of management and governance). Simply, university governance is the way in which universities are operated.

The Council Secretariat has expertise in the area and is offering additional assistance to all parts of the University to better understand Governance.
