Flu Vaccination Program 2020
Flu Vaccination Program 2020 for staff ended on 31 July 2020.
If you attend your own pharmacy/GP before COB 31 July 2020, you have an option to seek reimbursement through the University’s finance system, KOFAX.
You will need to retain a copy of your receipt and attach it to the KOFAX reimbursement form where prompted in the system.
To seek a reimbursement if you have paid for your vaccination yourself, follow the step-by-step instructions available via the finance website.
Please note, the above options do not extend to family members and students of the University (other than students who also have a casual contract).

If you attended the University’s Flu vaccination program on campus contact:
Adelaide Unicare firstname.lastname@example.org or 8313 5050.
Alternatively you are able to obtain your Immunisation record via MyGov or your GP/immunisation provider.
