  • Get Healthy by SA Health

    Get Healthy is a free telephone advice service to assist employees with lifestyle changes and health.

    You might be interested to know about the Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service® which is a free service offered by SA Health to support people to make healthy lifestyle change.

    Get Healthy is a telephone coaching service to help South Australian adults make changes to improve diet, be more active, manage weight and enhance overall well-being. Enjoying a healthy lifestyle decreases the risk of developing serious long-term illness such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease and also increases the opportunities for people to be active participants in their community.

    Get Healthy is available to all adults across South Australia from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.

    Interested people can register by calling 1300 806 258 or on-line at www.gethealthy.sa.gov.au. All participants can receive up to 10 telephone sessions with their personal qualified health coach.

    UniSuper Financial Wellbeing Program 2019

    It’s time to focus on your financial wellbeing.

    UniSuper's free four-part Financial Wellbeing program aims to help you gain control of your financial situation and make informed financial decisions now and in the future.  The seminar-based program, which covers much more than super, will give you access to tools and techniques you can use every day.

    Topics, dates and times:

    The topics and content summary are outlined below.  To provide you with flexibility 2 optional dates are offered for each topic.  It is your choice as to whether you attend one, two, three or all four parts of the program.  All sessions are held on North Terrace Campus and are 1hr duration (12:00 – 1:00 pm).

    Saving in a world of spending

    Where you’ll learn about budgeting techniques, how to set and remain committed to your financial goals and how to be flexible in the face of changing circumstances.

    How do you match your investment decisions to your financial goals?  In this seminar, we shine light on what to consider when setting an investment time horizon and determining your appetite for risk.  We'll also cover the core investment concepts to help you to make informed decisions.

    Protecting Wealth – Insurance and Estate Planning

    A crystal-clear insurance and estate plan can provide peace of mind and should financially protect you and your loved ones in case the unexpected happens.  The third seminar of UniSuper’s four-part Financial Wellbeing series will cover the different kinds of insurance available and issues to consider when planning your estate.  Whether you’re single, have a young family or are on the cusp of retirement, this seminar is relevant to all ages.

    Specialist Estate Planner, Adeline Lim, from Australian  Executor Trustees (AET) will also be available on the day.
