Tips to translate your research: Life Sciences

Innovation

A one hour online workshop for University of Adelaide's Life Sciences research staff

Priority investment partner of the University of Adelaide, IP Group Australia , will be holding a one hour workshop for our translational research staff.

Led by Siro Perez , Head of Life Sciences with Steven Suchting , Investment Director - Life Sciences, the session aims to discuss the fundamentals of translating research into commercial outcomes and provide insight into what investment groups look for when seeking out new technologies.

Aimed at UoA researchers in the life sciences field, with a particular focus on therapeutics, there will be the opportunity for participants to gain feedback on current projects they are working on.

IP Group runs a $200m early stage investment fund focused on Go8 University research. They not only invest in proof of concept and follow on projects, but provide guidance on early stage technologies and work with researchers to identify and build new opportunities from university research so staff from all stages of research are welcome!
