Schulz level 12 refurbishment
The top floor of the Schulz building has been redesigned and refurbished into an agile office for the Infrastructure Branch. The aim in switching to this new type of workspace model was to encourage the Branch to be more open and collaborative with an improved team culture.
Why agile workspace?
'Agile' or activity-based workspaces afford the ability to work more flexibly, making the most of modern working environments with a range of space types. Agile work environments have operational, as well as space allocation benefits, and have been shown to benefit staff morale. Staff involvement in the design phase is critical to its success.
What is an agile workspace?
Agile workspaces typically include desk space, meeting rooms, social spaces and collaboration zones. The spaces use technology to support different modes of work, rather than having spaces designed to fit the technology.
