Strategy

The role of the Infrastructure Branch is to ensure the campuses and physical facilities of the University continue to develop, adapt and improve in a complex, competitive and changing higher education environment.

Our work is informed by the Facilities Investment Plan - 2019 to 2028, which guides the University in its investment approach to address future facility and infrastructure requirements. The plan outlines the development of a proposed facilities and estate investment program to best support the University's strategic plan, Future Making, as well as optimise the return on infrastructure investment.
