TeraGlo expands collaboration to advance space sensing capability

TeraGlo has confirmed its commitment to advancing sensing in Space by signing on additional work with the University of Adelaide’s Institute for Photonics and Advanced Sensing (IPAS), supported by funding from the Defence Trailblazer’s Advanced Innovation Fund. The project will enable the development of a sovereign platform for Quantum Artificial Intelligence based Material Sensing (QAIMS) based on Novel Fluorescence (NF).

IPAS Showcases Novel Hand-Held Fluorescence Sensor at GRX25

At the University of Adelaide booth, Professor Spooner and Dr Wilske demonstrated a hand-held fluorescence sensor developed by PELL. This portable detector is the first of its kind to enable real-time, in-field detection of fluorine-bearing minerals. Something previously only possible in the lab.
