Congratulations to Dr Aidan Coleman who has been awarded a Barbara Hanrahan Fellowship for Liable in the 2020 Adelaide Festival Awards for Literature. Liable is an eclectic poetry collection, including an extended suite of poems, divided between Australia and the UK, which addresses the poet’s first decade of memory.

Named in honour of distinguished South Australian writer and visual artist Barbara Hanrahan, the Fellowship supports South Australian authors working in the areas of fiction, poetry, drama, script-writing, autobiography, essays, major histories, literary criticism or other expository or analytical prose.
