MyUni
The MyUni Support Team offers technical support and advice over the phone, via the MyUni Portal, or by virtual meeting, for the MyUni (Canvas) learning management system and associated tools, such as Echo360, Turnitin, and Feedback Fruits.
The Team also provides set up and validation support for online proctored exams. The collaborative team of Support Consultants and Learning Enhancement Officers utilises professional and student perspectives in use of the learning management system to ensure the best support for the University of Adelaide's academic and professional staff and students.
