Biographical

Stanley John Kneebone was born at Melbourne in 1896. From Wesley College he went to the Melbourne University, where having completed a four years' course and passed the qualifying examinations, he obtained the degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Science. On leaving the University Stanley came to Adelaide and began the practice of a veterinary surgeon. In 1923 Stanley married Doris Marguerite Hawken (1898-1964). Doris graduated from the University of Adelaide with a BA in 1917.

John Keith Kneebone was the son of Doris Marguerite and Stanley John Kneebone. He graduated with a Bachelor of Bedicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 1947.
