The library sends email notices to assist you manage your transactions.
Eligible loans are automatically renewed two days before the due date. If the loan can't be renewed, a courtesy notice is sent. If items have not been returned, another email will be sent on the due date.
If items are very overdue, a notice will be sent notifying that you are about to be invoiced.
If your due date changes you will be notified.
On the second of each month you will be emailed an activity statement, which is a full record of all loans and due dates. You may request an updated activity statement at any time by email or by phoning 8313 5759.
All library notices are sent to your University email address. If you are not using this as your primary email address it is your responsibility to arrange forwarding from your University email address.
Request available notices are sent by SMS where a mobile phone number is registered in your staff or student record. University staff wishing to receive SMS messages should register their mobile number in SSO.
