On Sunday March 17 - the closing night of RCC Fringe - Cake Wines will celebrate the release of its 2018 rosé - Moon Safari - with a 2.5-hour "sensory journey" across food, wine, music and lights bringing together some of the most celebrated talents in each field.
Food from Africola will be matched with music from east coast band Retiree, which will be synced with "changing lighting conditions" by Sydney-based artist Sophie P-y.
With food paired to the music, the wine locked to each dish, all in sync with the changing lighting conditions and ambiance of the room.
A culinary journey that will change your idea of dining forever.
