If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed about climate change, you’re not alone. The Australian Medical Association recently declared Climate Change a "health emergency", recognising the significant impact it is and will have on health and well being.
Developing emotional resilience is one way to help quell anxiety or stress that can arise when thinking about the implications of climate change.
'2040' is an uplifting film that discovers what the future could look like if we embraced the best that exists today. The screening will be followed by a moderated panel session on how to improve our psychological well being.
