Light The Night at Home

Light The Night

On the evening of Saturday, 10 October, join The Leukaemia Foundation for the virtual Light The Night event. This year, Australians will 'Light the Night' in a new and special way, reimagined following the new world of COVID-19 restrictions. Families who have been touched by blood cancer are invited to come together with their loved ones to host their own special virtual gathering, and take part in the virtual lantern lighting ceremony.

The lighting of lanterns symbolises the hope we share for a future free of blood cancer and the support of a community that understands the darkness a blood cancer brings to our lives. How you choose to host your virtual Light the Night event is limited only by your imagination.

Funds raised through this special event provide families facing blood cancer with the care they will need to make it through every scary, uncertain moment that follows a diagnosis.

Sign up to be part of the University of Adelaide Light The Night fundraising team, and put together your own virtual event with your families.
