- Maintenance and supervision of the digital/web portfolio for the Faculty of Professions and respective schools.
- Providing strategic solutions to support the Faculty and schools' needs.
- Development and management of digital projects within the faculty.
- Implementing training strategies for digital products and conducting training sessions for Faculty Web Authors.
Online Systems Officer
- Assist areas in business process mapping and project scoping
- Assist areas in mapping customer management strategies and processes
- Continually improve knowledge of the systems functionality and potential use
- Identify ways to improve the culture, processes and technologies of the Faculty
- Provide training to users of the system
- Support and contribute to enterprise system changes
