Applications closing soon: AU Strategic Conference Sponsorship Fund
Applications for the AU Strategic Conference Sponsorship Fund close at 5pm on Friday 21 November. Staff can apply for up to $20K in funding to support strategic events that profile AU to global audiences. Information and the online application form are available on the AU Staff Intranet.

All staff town hall
This will be an online event, hosted by the co-Vice Chancellors, where staff will get transition updates and an opportunity to ask questions. Tuesday 28 October 2 pm–3 pm. Via Zoom.
All IT support requests
All IT support requests must be raised via the IT Interim Support page or by calling IT on (08) 8302 5000. The legacy university systems are now no longer in operation.
HR recruitment and contract processing timelines
All recruitment and contract requests must be submitted no later than COB Friday 21 November 2025. Note: these are earlier than usual due to the HR Systems migration (R5) taking place from 19 December onwards. Refer to HR News for further details.
