International Fellows Award: applications now open

Applications are now open for the 2024 Round 2 University of Adelaide International Fellows Award. Fellowships of up to $20,000 each are available to bring international collaborators to Adelaide to work with our researchers and students on key global challenges. Applications close Monday 19 August at 5 pm. More information.

New International Agreements Proposal Form

Staff who wish to submit a proposal for the establishment of a new international agreement through Global Engagement, please use the new International Agreements Proposal Form in Smartsheet Dynamic View (IAP-DV). StudyAdelaide International Student Awards

International students from the University of Adelaide have been awarded for their academic excellence and community engagement. Adelaide Dental School PhD student Taseef Farook has won the Overall Recognition for International Student of the Year award and the Postgraduate Research category. Other category winners were Hania Abdul Baseer (Undergraduate), Pornthip Srisantisuk(Community Engagement), On Yin Chan (Peer Support), Gavin Quek (Rising Star Alumni) and Adelaide University Vietnamese Student Association won the Student Association of the Year.

Global Partnership Seed Funding Program

Funding worth over $90,000 has been awarded to 11 international collaboration initiatives through the inaugural Global Partnership Seed Funding Program. The initiatives aim to expand collaboration with strategic global partners to achieve high-level profiling and engagement outcomes. The next funding round will be announced in December. This five-week extra-curricular program for domestic and international students teaches cultural intelligence skills valued by employers and how to successfully manage culturally diverse settings.
