Data collection and reporting

Data collection and reporting is responsible for the implementation of legislative requirements, preparation and submission of the University’s mandatory student data collections to the Federal Department of Education, Centrelink and other external agencies.

The Student Records team provide advice and support for any enrolment issues for staff and students.

Systems and admin support - SA PeopleSoft

The SA PeopleSoft team is responsible for the functional operation, maintenance and support of the University’s core student systems – PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Access Adelaide and Syllabus Plus Enterprise.


Timetabling are responsible for coordinating the development of the yearly academic timetable and support of Syllabus Plus Enterprise and associated systems.

Exams and grading

The Examinations team are responsible for the coordination of centrally administered exams and the grading process. We also offer services to external organisations to assist in the management of their exams. Visit the examinations website for more information.
