Career Expo at the University of Adelaide is held annually in March on our North Terrace Campus across two locations, our iconic Bonython Hall and our student Hub Central. Our event runs across two discipline-specific days to allow for targeted engagement and communication, and employers are invited to attend one or both days of the event. 

Register for the opportunity to connect with University of Adelaide talent. This event is specifically designed to showcase career opportunities, Graduate Programs, Internship or Work Experience opportunities and related career development services from professional associations. But it is also a fantastic opportunity to build brand awareness and raise your organisation's profile on campus.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS - JOIN OUR WAITLIST!

Registration Applications have officially closed. But you are welcome to submit a request here to be placed on our Exhibitor waitlist*

  • Event Time: 10:30am to 3:00pm*
  • Disciplines: Business (Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Innovation, Marketing, Management, Wine Business), Economics & Public Policy, Law**, Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, Health Sciences & Psychology.
  • Location: Bonython Hall - North Terrace Campus, The University of Adelaide

*This year, for the first time at this event, we are introducing Quiet 30, which is an exclusive 30-minutes session between 10:30am to 11:00am open to students with a disability, sensory sensitivity, or who may identify as neurodivergent. Quiet 30 is the University's endeavour to ensure that Career Expo is an equitable event, and that employers have the opportunity to meet talent who might not otherwise attend the event.

**Please note that if you are a Legal Practice or are looking to attract students into a Legal Practice role, please contact our team to hear about bespoke events for this cohort instead of registering for Career Expo.

  • Exhibitor booth options & pricing

    Information about exhibitor booth package options and pricing can be found in our Career Expo 2024 Exhibitor Pricing Information guide.

    In the Registration Application Form, you will be asked to select your attendance day(s) as well as your booth and furniture package options. Your selection will determine your total registration cost for the event. 

    All registration fee payments made by credit or debit card via the University of Adelaide Online Shop before 5.00pm Friday 1 December 2023 will be eligible for our Early Bird pricing for the event.

  • I'm a Registered Exhibitor, what do I need to know?

    All registered exhibitors have a Primary Contact nominated for the organisation. The nominated Primary Contact will receive a full briefing document in February 2024 to share with attendees. This includes important event details, location information and any COVID-19 safety guidelines required.

    If your organisation's Primary Contact has changed or has not received the Exhibitor Guide by 1 March 2024, please let the Career Expo Event Manager know via the contact details above, as soon as possible.
