3 quick tips for enrolling at Adelaide University

Enrolling in your courses is an important milestone in your transition to Adelaide University. To help you get set up and find assistance that’s right for you, follow these quick tips. 

1. Know when you can enrol  

From 1 December, enrolments open progressively. Check the Enrolment Appointment Schedule website to find out when enrolments for your degree open. If your degree isn’t listed, look for the name of the School that will deliver your degree.   

Unsure what courses you will need to enrol in?  Check your student inbox for the email ‘Access to your 2026 Study Plan’. In the email there is a link to access your study plan. Your study plan details the courses you have completed and remaining courses you’ll need to enrol into to complete your degree at Adelaide University. 

2. Visit an Enrolment Support Hub 

Student Assist is the new name for Ask Adelaide and UniSA’s Campus Central. This team helps thousands of students enrol every year, so you’re in good hands.  

From 1-23 December, Student Assist Services and Inquiries will be available from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, on all campuses. 

Enrolment Support Hubs are places you can go to get help from Student Assist staff. Enrolment Support Hubs are open 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, at the following locations. 

• Hub Central, Level 4 Computer Bay
• City West, Jeffery Smart Building 2-08 
• City East, P-19 and P-20 
• Magill, C2-40 
• Mawson Lakes, ESH - Mawson Lakes F1-17 
• Roseworthy, Roseworthy Hub (one day only: Thursday 11 December)
• Whyalla, Campus Central
• Mount Gambier, Campus Central

3. Online resources to help you enrol

Get familiar with Adelaide University enrolment systems by watching Olivia’s How to Enrol at Adelaide University video. It walks you through four steps to access your enrolment details and activities in the Student Portal. 

• Step 1 – Log in to the Student Portal and open My Enrolment. 
• Step 2 – View your enrolment advice and plan your timetable. To help you enrol in Step 4, write down the teaching period, core subject area, and catalogue number for each course.  
• Step 3 – Complete your enrolment checklist to confirm your personal details. 
• Step 4 – Enrol in your courses through Manage My Enrolment.
