Mental Health Awareness Month

Your Wellbeing, Your Way, is inspired by the evidence-based framework 5 Ways to Wellbeing to introduce five simple and effective actions that can improve your psychological and emotional health. Just like physical fitness, mental fitness can be strengthened through small, everyday habits. A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, and these five ways can help you feel happier, cope with stress, and support long-term wellbeing.

During Mental Health Awareness Month in October, students can engage with each of the 5 Ways through practical on-campus events and activities, giving them the chance to try different strategies and discover what works best for their own wellbeing.
