Please note - we can only create tickets for people with legitimate access issues, all other enquiries will not receive a response. Please call us or use the MyIT Portal for all other enquires.
If you need assistance with multi-factor authentication, you need to provide your personal details to us via phone call so we can correctly identify you.

IMPORTANT
We are transitioning to a new way for you to request IT support.
From Friday 17 October
- Staff: IT support requests should be raised via the Interim IT Support page or by calling IT on (08) 8302 5000.
- Students: IT support requests should be raised via the Technology at Adelaide University page, or by calling IT on (08) 8302 5000.
Starting Wednesday 5 November, the MyIT portal will no longer be available to request IT support.
