Fraudulant website alert
Several fraudulent websites have been found using names from the University of Adelaide directory, linking to gambling and illicit content.
Okta sign in is changing
To further align our current IT Security systems with the Future Uni IT security standards, all University of Adelaide staff members will soon be prompted for Okta multi-factor authentication more often while on campus and connected to the University network.
'New' Teams replacing 'Classic' Teams
Starting mid-July, Microsoft are removing the NEW label from the current 'new' Teams application and will be named Microsoft Teams (with no additional labels). This change will occur for all platforms and users. The application itself is not changing, just the name.
New printers arriving soon
ITDS will be rolling out a new, modernised fleet of printers that will replace existing printers. The new printers will deliver a more sustainable and user-friendly printing experience with increased accessibility for staff and students.
Audio Visual Refresh in Waite, Roseworthy, North Terrace campuses and AHMS
The teaching spaces listed below will undergo a full refresh of their AV equipment, scheduled to occur from Monday 27 May to Friday 19 July 2024. The spaces have been booked for the duration of the installation period, at a time that will have no impact on teaching. Key contacts from each campus will receive communications about these works closer to date, and will be informed once the refresh is complete.
