Global Protect VPN is here

If you are working off site and need to access the University’s systems, a Virtual Private Network is one option. Global Protect VPN is ready to use, and will soon replace AnyConnect. Download Global Protect from the Software Center or Mac Self Service (you will need to be on the University network or access it via AnyConnect). Self Help Guides are available for Windows and macOS. If you use your own device, download and install the relevant client from remote.adelaide.edu.au. Further information will be available for Linux and mobile users soon.

Staff Services Online (SSO), CRAFT, AppoINT and CAPS systems are moving to multi-factor authentication

Staff and students will be aware that we are progressively integrating Okta multi-factor authentication with University systems. Soon, PeopleSoft HR (including Staff Services Online (SSO), CRAFT, AppoINT and CAPS systems) will require Okta MFA to log in. Most people already have Okta set up and don’t need to take action. Casual staff will need to register via the Multi-factor Authentication page so they can complete their timesheets. We’re asking anyone who works with casual staff to make sure they’re aware and registered as soon as possible.
