This typically results in a project portfolio with a whole variety of business needs, technologies, sizes and complexities. Technology can provide guidance on approach, methodologies and processes to best meet business need - scaling or adapting the project as required.

    Information Technology and Digital Services provides efficient, responsive, and adaptive technology project support to the University. We work with stakeholders to build strong and effective partnerships to enable success in a complex environment.

    In conjunction with Business Owners, Technology staff determine the most appropriate solution delivery framework to meet the circumstances of each project being undertaken. While traditional Waterfall and Lean/Agile approaches are still used, increasingly a customised or hybrid approach is being adopted.
