University Collections offers a range of free tours; everyone is welcome. Our tours are hosted by experienced and dedicated University Collections Volunteer Guides. Alternatively, you can download one of our brochures for a self-guided walking tour.

History & Heritage Tours

Tuesday 10.30am - 11.30am
Thursdays 2.00pm - 3.00pm

Bookings with 24 hours notice are essential.

Meet your guide in front of the Mitchell Building, North Terrace Campus.

History & Heritage Tours are designed to introduce visitors to the history of the North Terrace campus and showcase treasures of the University. Hear the fascinating story of the history of the University of Adelaide's original campus, its founding fathers and view the portraits of past Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors.

Tours by Special Arrangement

University Collections offer a range of tours by special arrangement including the Tate Museum, Museum of Classical Archaeology, University Public Art, Roseworthy Agricultural Museum and viewing of selected University Collections.
