UniThrive is a website designed by the Counselling and Disability Services team with the aim of helping students at the University of Adelaide 'thrive' using the principles and ideas offered by Positive Psychology.
The website explores ideas which can help with resilience, wellbeing, overcoming problems, having fun and boosting performance. The site is designed to be both informative and interactive, and to this end we have included research from many sources and a blog to allow feedback. We are developing, and will continue to develop our own video resources and will add to these over time.
We acknowledge and are indebeted to Martin Seligman and his colleagues for their extensive research in the field of Positive Psychology over many years.
We have also received invaluable support and input from:
- The University Marketing and Media Team - specifically Emma Spoehr and Andrew Smith.
- Vanessa Gouveia for the website's artwork and design
